‘Over My Shoulder’ began as a series of interviews that Naomi performed with fellow workers in Nepal during 2005 and 2006. In the midst of a stressful situation, she longed to show the diversity of the cross-cultural experience as well as the way that personality shapes thinking and behaviour within that context. The result is an easily accessible exploration of the impact of personality on cross-cultural mission. It was published by Ark House Press in March 2009 and is specifically written for those preparing to go  to the field.
